DESCRIPTION RICHARD BLENKO “MILLENNIUM” COBALT VASE ( # 224 OF 2000) Rating: 9 Comments. Made of cobalt blue glass this vase measures 8¼” high which features a ground bottom, bulbous center and a flared top. It is marked underneath “Blenko USA Millennium IV, 224 of 2,000” which is signed by Richard Blenko and dated 2001.
