DESCRIPTION FRAMED EMBROIDERED “LIBERTY” WALL HANGING Rating: 9 Comments. The solid wood frame measures 14 ½” high x 12 ¼” wide that is in sturdy shape with only minor finish wear. Inside is an embroidered piece with “Proclaim Liberty Throughout The Land 1776 1976”. It has a colorful image of a pair of colonial people in front of an apple tree and is done in very vivid colors.
