DESCRIPTION (3) DOG COIN BANKS (+) (4) PIG BANKS Rating: 8-7 Comments. The pieces in this lot are made out of either metal, porcelain or a composite material that vary in size and are all more than 50 years old. The lot includes a trio of Scotty Dog banks as well as four piggy banks, two of which are stamped “Japan”. Each has a slot for deposits and the red as well as black Scottie dogs only have holes underneath for early withdrawals. One of the piggy banks is a souvenir from Niagara Falls and the tall Scottie Dog bank is marked in the back “S.M. & C. CO”. This lot is in sturdy shape having normal use/paint wear and soiling. The black Scotty is missing its removable plate underneath and the larger pig has some surface issues as seen in our photo. Give them a cleaning then you'll have lots of places to stash your cash. Maximum Bidding
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids." A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item. Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid." The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest. This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid" **NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail. **If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid" |
