(4) OLD STONEWARE JUGS

Rating: 8-7
Comments: Made of stoneware these jugs are either 11 ½“, 11 ¾“ or 13” high and more than 80 years old. Each has a white/tan glazed bottom with a brown glazed top, large loop handle and a thick edge lip. All are in sturdy shape having normal use wear, soiling/stains, very minor manufacturing/glazing imperfections and small bottom edge chips / flecks as well as a chip on the top of the large jug as seen in our photo. Give them a cleaning and they will make some nice decorative items and are at our Auction Gallery for preview.
