DESCRIPTION PAIR OF CAST IRON OIL LAMP WALL BRACKETS Rating: 9 Comments. Made of cast iron these oil lamp holders are 8 ½ " high, 5" wide, 10 ½ " deep and are less than 25 years old. They have fancy raised designs, wall mounting brackets, a lug on the top for a mercury glass reflector and a 1 ½ " deep x 4 ½ " wide holder for your oil lamp. Both are in very good shape having minor wear and light soiling. Give them a cleaning and you'll have some very fancy brackets to hold your antique oil lamps.
