1940S WOODEN RADIO (MEISSNERS) MODEL 8C

Age. Circa 1940s
Composition. See below
Size. 6 high x 12 wide x 9 deep
Rating: 6
Comments. This radio has an all wood case and is a model 8C which was made by Meissners of Mt. Caramel, Illinois. It has an off/on/volume knob on the left and a dial changer knob on the right. The woods original finish has wear, shade variations, small missing spots and scratches/scrapes This item is in sturdy shape with normal use wear, has paint wear/chips and has minor soiling. We could not move the dial so we are unsure if it works and it is being sold as is. Needs work before you can listen to your favorite a.m. stations the old fashion with this vintage radio

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
