Comments: This comprehensive cook book is hardcover is Cat. Card # 74-98964 is edited by Ruth Berolzheimer and published by the Culinary Arts Institute in Chicago. Complete with definitions, buying guides, calorie counts and an excellent index. Lots of black and white photos as well. It is in very good condition with no bends or tears. The spine extreme has wear and damage. A great book to own!
