This item is not located at our Auction Gallery but is on location at 30 Burbank Road in Sutton, MA. Preview and inspection will be by appointment by calling Stacey @ 978-464-2600. Personnel will also be on location from 9 am until 1 pm on Saturday, July 21st. All bids must be submitted before noon on July 21st. For questions about submitting bids, please call the Auctioneer, Fred, @ 978-407-4452.

Removal of all items is the responsibility of the Buyer!! Payment must be within (3) days of the end of sale and removal by appointment within (7) days. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the sale being void and the Auctioneer may offer items to the under-bidder or as he determines appropriate to expedite a valid sale.

Cashier's checks and cash will be accepted. Use of a Credit Card will result in a charge of an additional 3% Buyer's Fee.

All items will be sold “As Is and Where Is”. No item will be offered with any guarantee as to condition, either expressed or implied. We encourage all bidders to preview and inspect any item before placing a bid.

There will be a 10% Buyers Fee added to the final bid price and a 6.25% state sales tax unless you have a valid Resale Certificate!


Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
