DESCRIPTION

RESTORED AFRICAN CONGA DRUM

Age: Est 20 years

Size: 25 1/4 tall, 14 drum diameter

Rating: 9

Comments: This drum is made of split leather on a carved hollow wooden base. We think the wood is teak with no finish on it. The carvings on the base are leaves and geometric designs. The bowl of the drum is non carved and is covered in black woven cord macrame. Decorative brass tacks hold the drum skin in place. It is tightly stretched and makes a deep rich sound inside the wood. A bamboo handled burlap covered mallet is included. There are some age cracks in the base of the wood but no splits. Come and check out the sound quality. Our brilliant idea? Teach your dog to come when he hears the gong instead of your screeching voice! The neighbors vote Yes!

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
