DESCRIPTION

1940’S BELL SYSTEM ILLUMINATED TELEPHONE SIGN
Age. Circa 1940s
Composition. Metal, plastic
Size. 5 ½” high x 4 ¼” wide x 21 ½” deep
Rating: 8
Comments. This vintage telephone sign has a metal plate on the top signifies it has Bell System Property. Made by Colorvision Plastics Inc.it is a model number KS – 14154 List 2. It has in all metal body with plastic” TELEPHONE” signs on each side with an arrow. There is a flared end on the back which fits into a bracket which we do not have. The electrical cord has several repairs and we suggest it be rewired. The metals original wrinkled paint has minor wear in a few small scratches/scrapes. There is a toggle off/on switch on the bottom. The plastic has browning on the telephone signs as seen in our photo. Needs some work but when done will signify where your telephone is if you still have a landline or make a nice advertising piece for your home.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
