DESCRIPTION

OLD 11” CAST IRON DOORSTOP “DUTCH BOY”

Rating: 6
Comments. Made of solid cast-iron this doorstop measures 11” high, 4” wide, 3 ¼” deep and is more than 80 year old. It has a hollow body that is two parts with nice casting details and is heavy for its size. What appears to be the original paint has wear, shade variations, small missing spots and scratches/scrapes as seen in our photo. This item is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, minor surface rust and soiling/stains. Rating is for paint and not for structure. Give it a cleaning and you’ll have an antique way to hold open your modern-day doors.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
