DESCRIPTION

ANTIQUE WALNUT CHEST (2 OVER 4)

Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 45 high, 48 wide, 18 deep
Rating: 8
Comments. Made of walnut this chest features six drawers that are either 2 " or 5 deep all of which have a fancy matchbook veneered panel faces, large knobs as well as brass lined key holes. It has a recessed top, round bunt feet, large dovetail construction in the drawers as well as a raised back splash. The woods finish has wear, shade variations and scratches/scrapes. This bureau is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some wood wear, a few small, shallow wood dents, a few small veneer chips and has some soiling/stains. Give it a quick polish and this will make a welcome addition to your boudoir.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
