DESCRIPTION

AUTHENTIC OLD NAVAJO CHIEFS BLANKET

Age. More than 50 years old
Composition. Appears to be wool
Size. 46 inches, 55 inches
Rating: 7
Comments. Tightly woven Chiefs blanket has stripes, triangles as well as a diamond in the center woven in shades of white, black as well as brown on a dark red background. The edges are bound and this blanket is heavy for its size. It was purchased 50 years ago on a Reservation trading post and has wavy lines which show its age. This item is in sturdy shape with normal use wear, has some slight bleeding through on the white, a few small open weave holes and has some soiling/stains. This is a well made blanket whose colors are quite vivid and it would make a nice wall hanger or even a throw on your bed.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
