BRADLEY 12” PAPER CUTTER
Comments. This Monarch paper cutter was made by the Milton Bradley Company of Springfield, Mass that has a 12” wide/deep top that is divided into ½” square grid and the base is made of solid wood. It has a spring-loaded metal cutting arm assembly that has a loop handle and a sharp blade. This item is in sturdy shape having some paint wear, plating wear and soiling. Might not be pretty but this well-made, vintage paper cutter still does the job quite nicely and is a nice size for crafting, print cutting and more.

Also, please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions.
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"
**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.
**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
