DESCRIPTION OLD WELCH GRAM SCALE (AS IS) Rating: 7 Comments. Made of metal this scale measures 10 ¾ " high, 12 ½ " wide, 5" deep as shown and is more than 50 years old. Made by Welch of Chicago it has a trio of sliding weight bars that will measure grams, leveling as well as zeroing screw and a non-original pan on the rleft.
