DESCRIPTION

PAIR OF OLD AMETHYST GLASS LAMPS (AS FOUND)

Age. More than 40 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 19 high
Rating 7:
Comments. The lamps have 4 square pieces of white marble with black/grey veining for the base and brass as well as brass tone metal lamp frames. Their centers are made of a lovely shade of amethyst glass and have vertical ridges around the top as well as stepped sides. Their single light fixtures have either a push button or pull chain off/on switch and are topped with fancy finials. This pair is in sturdy shape with normal use wear, have some plate wear, soiling/stains and both need rewiring. They need some work as well as some shades but when done they will make nice lamps for your boudoir or guest room.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
