Comments. This is a nicely written a letter that is in good condition which was addressed to Ginery Twitchell who was the president of Boston and Worcester Railroad. It was written by Levi Lincoln Junior who was the 13th governor of Massachusetts till 1834. The lot includes a Google biography and is at the for preview.
