DESCRIPTION

FOLDING BRASS FIREPLACE SCREEN WITH WINGED GARGOYLE

Age. Less than 40 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 25 " high, 9" wide, 6" deep when closed
Rating: 8
Comments. Made in Japan this screen has a cast brass frame, hinged brass fan pieces with decorative open designs and measures 38" wide when opened. There is a finial on top for moving, a pair of cast brass hooks on the side to keep it closed, a gargoyle design in the front as well as back and this screen is heavy for the size. This item is in sturdy shape with normal use wear and has some soiling. Give it a cleaning and you'll have a fancy addition to your fireplace.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
