US MILITARY FIELD SHOVEL WITH CASE AND (3) PIECES

Comments. This lot includes an Army issue field shovel which has a hard wood handle and a collapsible metal shovel/pick section on the top. It comes with its case which is marked” US” in the front and has belt loops on the back. Is in good shape with normal use wear, has paint wear, minor surface rust and soiling. Also included is a 7” high canvas mini bag with a drawstring top marked US and a 31” high canvas bag for a sleeping bag which has a rubberized interior. These items are all in good shape with normal use wear and have some soiling/stains. These three items for all Army issued for a soldier that was in the Korean War. Also in this lot is a 1991 MO can which is 7” high x 4” wide x 10 ¾” deep that has a metal handle and a hinged top with a snap closure. This item is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some paint wear, minor paint spatter and has some soiling. An interesting lot of militaria for your collection.
