DESCRIPTION

GILBERT WIND-UP WALL CLOCK WITH CHIME
Age. More than 50 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 24 high x 8 wide
Rating: 7

Comments. This clock has a hard wood case, aluminum dial plate and brass works. It was made by Gilbert at Winsted Conn.in is a model 1807. It sounds on the half and reports the hours with a dual tone gong. The woods original finish has wear, shade variations and scratches/scrapes. This clock is in sturdy shape having normal use wear, has wood wear, small, shallow wood dents and has some soiling. It is missing the lower glass piece on its hinged front door and we could not get it to run continuously so we are selling this clock as is. Need some work but when done will make a nice clock for your home.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
