DESCRIPTION

EARLY CHINESE EXPORT BOWL ( AS IS)

Age: 100+ years

Size: 6 1/2” diameter at rim, 2 3/4” tall

Rating: 7

Comments: This fine old white bowl with blue transfer patterns is rated a 7 for rim crack and a sizable glue repair. It has a footed base and the bowl shows swans in the upper border with floral swags. The top is gently scalloped. The outer décor is landscape. It comes with a charming provenance which is hand written on the base. It reads “This is very old”. Also, “Belonged to Lydia Farr, Harvard, Mass. She died 1892, Age 96. Bought at auction May 4, 1893”.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
