DESCRIPTION

(9) PIECE HAND PAINTED NIPPON CHOCOLATE SET

Age: 50+ years

Size: Pot is 9 1/2 tall, cups are 2 1/2 diameter and 2 3/4 tall, saucers are 5 7/8 diameter

Rating: 9

Comments: How wonderful it is to find a chocolate set in this fine, undamaged condition. The cups are very light and delicate, almost translucent. All pieces are Nippon and are hand painted with purple six petaled flowers and broad brush stroke leaves in yellow and green. They are additionally decorated with moriage and gold trim swirls and highlights. The cups comfortably hold 3 ounces. There are four cups and saucers and one pot with a pretty handle and top. All are bisque footed and gorgeous.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
