34” ANTIQUE EMPIRE OCCASIONAL TABLE

Size. 28 ½” high x 33 ¾” round
Comments. Circa 1800s occasional table it made of solid wood and has fancy veneered panels. It has a hollow, tapered center shaft and a fancy footed base. The woods finish has wear, missing spots, shade variations and scratches/scrapes. This table is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has wood wear, small, shallow wood dents/grooves, is missing an angled molding strip on the bottom of the center shaft, has a few veneered chips and has soiling/stains. This table is well-built, heavy for its size and its style is known as Empire.
