Comments. These pieces are marked underneath” Fashioned of Melmac, COLOR – FLYTE” and was made by Branchell of St. Louis. The lot includes five 9 ¾” round, seven 7 ¾” round as well as seven 6” round plates. There are seven cups as well as the saucers and five 5” round bowls. Also included are eight 6” round bowls all of which have a tab handle. This set is quite colorful and made in shades of green, gray, salmon and chartreuse. This set is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has interior scratches and has some soiling. Give it a good cleaning and you’ll have a retro, sturdy set for everyday use or for those family picnics.
