1901 WHALOM PARK LETTER BOOKLET WITH (7) PHOTOS

Age. Dated 1901
Composition. Paper
Size. 4 ¼” high x 6” wide
Rating: 8
Comments. Published by the Fitchburg & Leominster Street Railway Company of Fitchburg this is” Picturesque Letter Whalom Park” which could be mailed with a 2 cent stamp. Inside there are seven photos of the Theater, Theatre Grove, Among The Pines, The Woman’s Building, At the Landing, Looking Toward the Lake and a two page Panorama Of The Lake on the center pages as seen in our photo. It depicts the park back in the beginning of the 1900s long before the amusement park. This item is in good shape with normal use wear, minor soiling and has some very small fold lines on the cover. A very nice example of Whalom Park in its beginnings and a must-have for the collector of the beloved Park. This one was published long before there was even a road next to the lake and there were even” Jungle Queen” like boats that cruised the lake probably for the patrons enjoyment.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
