DESCRIPTION

(2) OLD DIETZ LANTERNS + (1) INCOMPLETE SIGNAL LANTERN

Age. More than 75 years old
Composition. Metal, glass
Size. See below
Rating: 8 – 5
Comments. This lot features a pair of lanterns which is either a 12” Dietz Junior Wagon Lamp and a 9½” high FEUERHAND Nr 275 lamp that was made in Germany. Both have metal frames, clear glass globes and their burner assembly. The Dietz has a magnifying spot in the front of its clear glass globe as well as a red lens in the back which also includes a hole for hanging. Both of these lanterns are in good shape with normal use wear, have some finish/paint wear, some minor surface rust and soiling/stains. Also included is a 11” high Rayo driving lamp that has a mounting bracket on either side, metal wire handle on the top and a red lens in the rear. This lantern is in sturdy shape but does have some surface rust, small, shallow dents and is missing at least the burner assembly well is the front cover. An interesting array of vintage lanterns for possible use as well as decoration and we’ve even thrown in a project piece.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
