ORIGINAL 48 STAR COTTON FLAG (IN GILDED FRAME)
Age. See below
Composition. Fabric, glass, wood
Size. 24” high, 35 ½” wide flag
Comments. The 48-star flag was flown from 1912 to 1959 at which time Alaska was added to the Union. The flag is mounted in a 35” high, 47” wide wood frame which has a fancy profile and a nice gilt paint. It appears professionally done and this item is heavy for the size. Give it a light cleaning and find a special place on your wall to showcase this vintage Old Glory.

Also, please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions.
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"
**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.
**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
