Size: 12" Tall, 7" Wide
Comments: This letter signed by Moses Sawyer, dated 1834. The Sawyer homestead was the oldest structure in Sterling Massachusetts until it was burned down by an arson in 2007. The letter is single sided and folded in four spots, signed by Moses near the bottom. It does have some browning but is free of any major rips.
