DESCRIPTION

OLD FARM WATER TROUGH FOR COWS

Age. More than 60 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 37” high x 10” wide x 12” deep
Rating: 7
Comments. This old watering trough has a galvanized pipe and a cast-iron bowl as well as assembly. Old bossy would push her nose against the interior bracket which in turn would press against the spigot fixture behind the bracket that allowed water to pour into the bowl, kind of like a reverse bubbler. There is a hanging loop on the back and this item is heavy for the size. This item is in sturdy shape with fine pitting, rust, soiling and it appears to have a split in the cast-iron bracket that is attached to the bowl. Needs some work but think of all the new uses you could have with this vintage piece of farm equipment. Could be used as a bird bath, planter and so much “moooo-re”.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
