Comments. This fire call box features a cast-iron base with an ornate open design, a covering over the metal center shaft and it is topped by a working light that had a glass shade. The vintage cast-iron firebox was made by Gamewell which still has a pull down handle and activation switch. It has nice decorative raised designs and was call box number 153 in a local town or city. This item is in very good shape with very minor use wear and light soiling. Give it a cleaning and this one-of-a-kind piece will make a nice addition to your home or firehouse.

Also, please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions.
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"
**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.
**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
